- 50 ml vodka
- 15 ml passion fruit liqueur
- 15 ml blue curacao
- 50 ml kiwi juice or purée
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 1 kiwi wedge (to garnish)
Instructions
- Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass.
- Serve garnished with a kiwi wedge.
