Blue Lagoon cocktail

The Blue Lagoon cocktail is a bright, refreshing and summery drink made with blue curaçao liqueur, vodka and lemonade.
The first Blue Lagoon cocktail was created by an American bartender Andy MakElhon at the beginning of the 1960s. A Blue Lagoon cocktail is typically served in a highball glass.
The blue colour of blue curaçao is achieved by adding the food colourant E133 (brilliant blue), as it is naturally colourless.
