Blue Hawaii

The Blue Hawaii is a strong, colourful cocktail with a sweet-tart flavour. The drink can be served frozen with crushed ice, or on the rocks. The Blue Hawaii cocktail is named after the Elvis Presley movie Blue Hawaii.
The Blue Hawaii was created in 1957, when Dutch distiller Bols asked legendary bartender Harry Yee to design a drink that featured its blue curaçao.
This cocktail is often confused with a Blue Hawaiian which adds coconut milk to the drink for a creamier flavour.
